Ingredients

mashed overripe bananas

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
Whisk together flour, sugars, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
In a medium bowl, mix bananas, yogurt, eggs, butter, oil, and vanilla.
Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in walnuts or chocolate chips.
Spread batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-65 minutes.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing to finish cooling, then slice and serve.
Notes
Be careful not to overmix the batter for the best texture.
