Instructions
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Create a well in the center and pour in the wet ingredients.
Heat a non-stick griddle or pan over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with butter or non-stick spray.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the surface. Cook for about 2 minutes, until bubbles form on top. Flip and cook for another minute.
Plate your pancakes and top with syrup, fruit, or powdered sugar.
Notes
For extra richness, swap half the milk with heavy cream!
