Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Mix grated zucchini, eggs, flour, and salt in a bowl. Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese, mix well.
Spread the mixture into a 10-inch circle on a pizza dish. Bake for 13-16 minutes until golden brown.
Lower the oven temperature to 400°F. Top the crust with pizza sauce, cheeses, pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, and oregano.
Bake for an additional 10-13 minutes or until cheese melts.
Garnish with fresh chopped basil if desired.
