Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • 1 lemon Juice of 1 whole lemon
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 0.5 tsp ground ginger (or fresh grated if you prefer more kick)
  • 1 tsp guarana powder (a Brazilian energy booster)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or monk fruit sweetener if desired
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or shake in a sealed mason jar.
  • Blend or shake vigorously until well mixed and smooth.
  • Pour into a glass over ice and enjoy immediately.
  • Store any remaining servings in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

Add mint or cucumber slices for freshness. Avoid drinking late due to natural caffeine in guarana.
