Easy Salmon Croquettes

Salmon Croquettes are pan fried and packed with great flavors. These make a quick and easy weeknight meal and are delicious with a tartar sauce!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ green bell pepper chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper chopped
  • 3 5-ounce cans salmon
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large egg lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
  • Add 1/2 green bell pepper, 1/2 red bell pepper, 3 cans of salmon, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 large beaten egg, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Shape the mixture into 6-8 patties.
  • Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Notes

These salmon croquettes are great with tartar sauce!
