Instructions
Spiralize the cucumbers using the chipper blade on a spiralizer and cut strands into smaller pieces.
Combine cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, olives, and red onion in a large bowl.
Squeeze half the lemon over the salad, drizzle with half the olive oil, and toss with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Serve on a plate, topped with feta and remaining olive oil.
