Ingredients
  

Oats Base

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 ¼ cup milk almond preferred
  • 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, and brown sugar. Mix well.
  • Add milk and maple syrup, mixing thoroughly until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into two glasses or jars, about 1 cup each.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top with additional maple syrup before serving, if desired.

Notes

Store covered in the fridge for 3-5 days. Add toppings just before eating for the best taste.
