Natural Mounjaro Drink Base

dried butterfly pea flowers

apple cider vinegar
raw and unfiltered

grated ginger

cinnamon powder

raw honey

Instructions
Boil the water in a saucepan and remove from heat.
Add butterfly pea flowers and let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain into a glass jar or serving pitcher.
Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon.
Add raw honey if using, and stir until combined.
Serve warm or pour over ice to enjoy cold.
Notes
Use a straw when drinking to protect tooth enamel from vinegar. Best consumed in the morning or before meals.
