Ingredients
  

Natural Mounjaro Drink Base

  • 2 tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw and unfiltered
  • 1 tsp grated ginger fresh
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder ground
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil the water in a saucepan and remove from heat.
  • Add butterfly pea flowers and let steep for 10 minutes.
  • Strain into a glass jar or serving pitcher.
  • Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon.
  • Add raw honey if using, and stir until combined.
  • Serve warm or pour over ice to enjoy cold.

Notes

Use a straw when drinking to protect tooth enamel from vinegar. Best consumed in the morning or before meals.
