Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Persian Blue Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 ripe banana medium-sized
  • 1 tsp honey natural sweetener
  • 6-8 almonds soaked overnight
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder optional but recommended
  • 1 cup warm milk not boiling
  • ½ tsp ashwagandha powder optional for stamina boost

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 cup of milk until warm but not boiling.
  • In a blender, combine the banana, soaked almonds, cinnamon, and Persian blue salt.
  • Add honey and blend again until smooth.
  • For an additional stamina boost, add 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder before blending.
  • Pour the blended mixture into a glass and consume it 30 minutes before bedtime for the best results.

Notes

For added anti-inflammatory benefits, consider adding a pinch of turmeric. For a vegan-friendly option, substitute almond or oat milk instead of dairy milk.
