For the Chicken

chicken breast
(about 3-4 pieces, approx. 1 inch thick)

grated parmesan

Italian or plain (can add 1 tsp Italian seasoning to plain breadcrumbs!)

For the Potatoes

red potatoes
cut into bite-sized pieces

garlic

grated parmesan
For the Green Beans

fresh green beans
ends trimmed

olive oil

garlic

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment or spray with cooking oil.
Toss ingredients for potatoes in a medium bowl. Spread on 1/3 of the pan and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Coat chicken ingredients in the same bowl. Add chicken to the pan with potatoes and return to oven.
Toss green beans in the same bowl then add to the pan.
Bake for about 25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F. Broil for 4-5 minutes for crispy potatoes if desired.
Remove from oven, cool a few minutes, and serve.
Notes
Adjust baking time based on chicken thickness. Feel free to add additional herbs or seasoning.
