Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
In a mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk and softened butter and beat until light and pale yellow.
Sift in the flour and mix into a soft dough with a spatula.
Refrigerate the dough wrapped in clingfilm for 10-15 minutes.
Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on trays lined with non-stick paper.
Flatten slightly with a fork and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
Let cool on trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
Chill the dough to prevent stickiness and ease shaping. Dust the fork with flour when flattening cookies to avoid sticking.
