Instructions
Heat the beans over low heat in a small pot. Keep warm until serving.
Cook the sausages in a pan over medium heat, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
In the same pan, cook bacon until crispy, and fry black pudding for 3-4 minutes per side.
In a separate pan, cook mushrooms until caramelized. Briefly sear tomato halves. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry bread in butter or oil until golden and crisp.
Cook eggs to your preference: sunny side up, over easy, or scrambled.
Plate everything up and enjoy immediately!
Notes
For a luxurious touch, drizzle your eggs with a dash of truffle oil or sprinkle your mushrooms with fresh parsley.
