Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 links Breakfast Sausages
  • 1 can Baked Beans Heinz preferred
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 4 slices Back Bacon or Irish Bacon
  • 4 slices Black Pudding optional
  • 1 cup Mushrooms halved or sliced
  • 2 small Tomatoes halved
  • 4 slices Bread

Instructions
 

  • Heat the beans over low heat in a small pot. Keep warm until serving.
  • Cook the sausages in a pan over medium heat, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  • In the same pan, cook bacon until crispy, and fry black pudding for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • In a separate pan, cook mushrooms until caramelized. Briefly sear tomato halves. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fry bread in butter or oil until golden and crisp.
  • Cook eggs to your preference: sunny side up, over easy, or scrambled.
  • Plate everything up and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a luxurious touch, drizzle your eggs with a dash of truffle oil or sprinkle your mushrooms with fresh parsley.
